One day before the date of excursion (till 5 p.m.)

100% of the reservation amount.

If park is closed due to any unforeseen reason.
|
Tourist(s) will be entitled to get new reservation on next available date or will
get 100% refund (as per his/her choice).

Note :
- The period shall be counted with reference to 00.00 hours of the date of excursion
- Refund amount will be sent to group leader or any person authorized by him
- If you are cancelling your ticket, the Cancellation amount may take more than 30
days to reflect in your bank account
